Free‑Shipping Details

  1. Fulfilment Time

    • In‑stock items: orders paid before 12 PM CST on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day.

    • High‑volume promotions may add one extra business day.

  2. Tracking & Notifications

    • A tracking number is emailed (and texted if subscribed) as soon as your parcel ships.

    • Real‑time tracking is also available in your account dashboard.

  3. Remote Areas

    • Some remote or island postcodes may require special handling; any surcharge will be shown at checkout, but free shipping still applies.

  4. Duties & Taxes

    • For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility. If you refuse to pay and the parcel is returned, those fees are non‑refundable.

  5. Split / Combined Shipments

    • To speed delivery, we may split multi‑item orders at no extra cost; each shipment receives its own tracking number.

    • Pre‑order items are sent separately from in‑stock items unless you request combined shipping within 12 hours of ordering.

  6. Delivery‑Issue Protection

    • If tracking shows your parcel is 3 business days past the promised window, contact us for a shipping credit or replacement.

    • Report missing or damaged items within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Returns

  1. 14‑Day “No‑Questions‑Asked” Return Window
    You may return any eligible jewelry item within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund.

  2. Refund Processing Time

    • We inspect returned items within 48 hours of arrival.

    • Refunds to your original payment method are released within 3–5 business days after approval.

    • PayPal refunds are issued by us immediately, but PayPal’s own processing may take up to 14 days—and, in regions where local regulations require, up to 30 days.

  3. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping the receipt until your refund is confirmed.

  4. Condition of Returned Items
    Jewelry must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and hygiene seals (if any). For pierced‑body items such as earrings and belly bars, returns are accepted only if factory hygiene seals remain intact.

  • Dispatch Time: In‑stock jewelry ships within 1 business day.

  • Transit Time: 3–8 business days for standard shipping (varies by destination).

  • Tracking: A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and (optionally) the reason.

  2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely (leave any hygiene seals intact) and ship it within 7 days of receiving our instructions.

  4. Keep the tracking number until your refund notification arrives.
